  • The Ether Dome at Massachusetts General Hospital:  This historic surgical amphitheater is where anesthesia was first used  in surgery. It's a fascinating site for students interested in medicine  and history.
  • Mapparium: Located in  the Mary Baker Eddy Library, this stunning stained-glass globe allows  visitors to walk through a 3D map of the world from 1935, providing a  unique perspective on geography and history.
