Batu Caves, located just outside Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is a famous Hindu temple complex set within impressive limestone caves. A massive golden statue of Lord Murugan stands at the entrance, and visitors climb 272 colorful steps to reach the main cave temple. Along the way, you can admire unique rock formations, take in stunning views, and spot playful monkeys.
We visit an Orangutan sanctuary which offers a unique chance to see these incredible animals in a natural rainforest setting. We will watch orangutans climb and swing through the trees while learning about conservation efforts to protect them. It’s a rewarding experience that highlights the importance of wildlife preservation and habitat protection.
On our city tour of Kuala Lumpur, we check out the famous Petronas Twin Towers and enjoy amazing views from the Skybridge. The tour also stops by Chinatown and Little India, where we explore markets, try tasty street food, and soak in the lively atmosphere.
